Symptoms are your body’s gift; telling you that something needs to change. But if you don’t pay attention, the hammer just gets bigger!

More often than not, symptoms, like those chronically tight muscles, are trying to tell you something. If there’s misalignment of the spine or any joint for that matter, then there’s muscular imbalance and interference in normal neurological function.

The thing is bones don’t move muscles. Muscles move bones. But muscles are dumb! They do what they’re told by the brain and the rest of the nervous system. The brain, the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system impact every single aspect of your health and well-being.

You could call that nervous system interference stress. If those symptoms keep coming back, that’s chronic stress, which leads to systemic inflammation. And systemic inflammation is at the heart of every single thing that is killing people in this country today.

Maybe it’s not a neck or a back problem. Maybe it’s a health problem! Chiropractic adjustments are a great way to help deal with those chronic health problems. There is no substitute for a chiropractic adjustment!

The Most Common Electrolyte Deficiency and Why It’s SO Important!

In today’s quick video, we’re going to run over some really important facts of what I think is probably the number one mineral in the whole body. And that is magnesium!

Magnesium is the 9th most abundant mineral in the universe and the 4th most abundant mineral in the body. Magnesium plays important roles in regulating more than 600 different chemical processes.

Yet close to 50% of us do not get adequate levels of magnesium in our diet.1 It’s also “the most commonly under-diagnosed electrolyte deficiency in medical practice.”2

A major contributor to magnesium deficiency is actually our fluoridated municipal water supply. Fluoride literally binds to magnesium making it unabsorbable!

When considering supplementation, it’s important to keep in mind is that there are a number of different types of magnesium. They all serve a different function in the body.

Don’t go checking your magnesium levels in old labs because, despite its obvious importance it’s rarely tested. Even though it only costs about $5, your insurance company won’t cover it.
