If you’re curious about the health of your Internal Environment, keep in mind that one symptom can be brought on by many different causes.
That’s why I always say, “It’s better to test than to guess.”
My 3 favorite labs are SO IMPORTANT because they tell you a lot about the Internal Environment. Also, they tell you if Systemic Inflammation is playing a role in those chronic symptoms you’ve been dealing with. The problem is THEY NEVER GET TESTED!
My 3 favorite labs are…(imagine a drumroll here)…Vitamin D, Magnesium, and Homocysteine.
